In case the customer does not desire to use our Piped Natural Gas (PNG) permanently, a written request may be sent to our Customer Care office, Shivajinagar. On the receipt of such request along with a cancelled cheque, the concerned person shall visit customers site to disconnect the existing gas connection. The refund in such case will be processed after deduction of any pending amount against gas consumption. Charges shall be applicable
