In case the Customer does not require the PNG connection for some time, the supply can be temporarily disconnected on receipt of a request from Customer at Customer Care office along with Charges which is debited to the customers account. Once the request has been received, the concerned person shall visit your site and carry out the stoppage of gas supply on a temporary basis. ON RECEIPT OF COMMUNICATION FROM CUSTOMERS END TO RESUME THE SUPPLY, SAME WILL BE DONE BY THE CONCERNED PERSON AT MNGL FOR WHICH CHARGES SHALL BE APPLICABLE AS PER THE PNG RATE CARD PROVIDED ON THE MNGL WEBSITE.
